Buy on Rugged.plDespite its small size, the list of possible uses is virtually unlimited. The compartment easily holds an external shower hose, cables, extension leads, a kinetic rope or a tool bag. A multifunctional hook on the door lets you hang a rubbish bag or clip in a power cable once it is open.
In our V55 Horizon vans we use these handy compartments accordingly: the left one behind the driver as a hidden power socket with wiring, and the right one as a water connector with accessories.
The compartment is made of aluminium with steel elements. It features a reliable AdamHall latch (a keyed lock is available) and a dedicated seal that protects the contents from water, mud and dirt. The kit includes every required part plus a detailed assembly manual and a template that makes cutting the opening in the side panels easier.
